Wake Up Early For Your Workout
Lyuda recently took a new, demanding job in the Boston area and so she has been extra focused on completing her fitness routines. Staying fit while juggling stressful work responsibilities isn't easy, but she's already shown her resolve to do so.
Lyuda gets up at 6:00am each morning so she can get to the office before the start of the day. Fortunately, there is a gym inside of her office building (with showers too!) where she can get a run in before heading to her morning meetings.
I call her every night around 8 o'clock because I know she's going to sleep early. Lyuda's more dedicated to her schedule than ever, and it's been motivating me to get my own routines in order.
While we joke about how important fitness is in our lives, it's not the end all be all. I feel lucky to have Lyuda in my life not just because she runs every day (it's a good perk though!), but rather because of the good person she is. The many interests we share is just the icing on the cake -- but hold on there, don't get too excited about cake (that's not part of the fitness program, as you'll soon learn in the "Recipes" section).
Point here is that if you want to get fit, you need to get up early. Getting in a good workout session to start the day will make you feel great!
